Change Management

Change is always happening. People come and go, they change their minds or they want something else. Or the business needs to adapt to new technologies or new customer needs. Maybe a new competitor popped up. All these things happen all the time. 

To stay relevant as a business and to optimize for the change we use Change Management practices and principles. 

Every project brings change that needs to be managed.

Team Management

You can do Projects yourself. I had many of those, but most projects are where you work with a group of people. Sometimes they are an experienced team, and often you need to work together to become a team.
As a Team Manager, I set up targets, build in guidelines, assist on issues. An essential element is to remove impediments so the team can focus and develop themselves to deliver.
